Check out our app here and our Instagram here!Position SummaryWe're seeking a highly analytical, high-ownership, and results-driven Growth Product Manager to optimize Pickle's conversion funnel and enhance our marketplace performance. This role will be pivotal in optimizing the funnel, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Growth, and Operations to drive measurable outcomes. - Marketplace Dynamics: Identify opportunities to optimize marketplace dynamics that enhance both the user and lender experience. Work with Product and Ops teams to implement solutions. This might include:
- Supply / demand balancing
- Liquidity management
- Lender and renter behavior management (eg. acceptance rates, rental frequency, etc.)
- Customer conversion
- Retention
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize the user journey to drive higher conversion rates across the funnel (eg. Download > Signup > Rent). Identify, implement, and execute A/B tests to improve key metrics and measure results. We're looking for someone who is scrappy and can conduct MVP tests without always requiring Engineering support.
- Producitizing & Scaling: Act as connective tissue between the Ops, Growth and Engineering teams to effectively create scalable product solutions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, track KPIs, and share actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards for continuous performance tracking.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a Product role at a marketplace startup, or similar.
- Experience working with an app-based peer-to-peer or B2C platform.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or Python and demonstrated ability to identify insights in large datasets.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects with significant business impact, ideally focused on funnel conversion and marketplace optimization.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product and Operations teams to execute complex initiatives.
- A highly data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of A/B testing, user funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally, with a focus on improving efficiency, user experience, and marketplace health while also understanding broader business strategy.
