The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out and refining our quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products & messaging are built properly ahead of launch. The QA Associate will also be responsible for ensuring that all FanDuel communications meet the highest standards of quality before reaching our customers.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playWork as an individual contributor to carry out testing activities and ensure thorough review of end-to-end marketing campaigns for FanDuel products.Champion QA policies & procedures to ensure product and communications quality meets or exceeds industry standards.Execute and refine testing plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Data, Operations, Compliance et al), to identify quality issues and drive solutions.Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with QA standards and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and tools related to quality assurance.THE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammateBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in quality assurance in an analytical, technical, or commercial field preferred. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
