Responsibilities
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism; ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting data processing activities
- Maintain and monitor all data links
- Create Phase 1 analysis reports
- Perform Data Transfer Authority (DTA) duties
- Maintain accountability for assigned media
- Attend technical interchange meetings with Government customers
- Assist with development and testing of data processing software
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of MATLAB and scripting languages
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent initiative, highly inquisitive, and good work ethic

- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- On-site NASIC support
- TS/SCI security clearance
