WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT- Accurately document and maintain client records and necessary department paperwork in a timely manner.
- Clean, organize, and maintain work area and disinfect after treatment.
- Assess patients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength and range of motion and develop a treatment plan.
- Communicate with patients about their medical histories, problems, and pain and answer patient questions and concerns.
- Perform therapeutic massage in a variety of modalities to the soft tissues and joints to provide treatment for medical conditions and injuries.
QUALIFICATIONS- Required High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Massage Experience Required
- Massage Therapist (MSGTHER)
- First Aid (AID)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Massage Therapy License/Certification from recognized school (AMTA, OBTA, ABMP
