Located at a restored historical building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek and Ottoman traditions.The Role:As a Massage Therapist Supervisor you will coordinate and oversee the Therapists team on shift, as well as super the Therapist Manager in the daily operation to guarantee smooth operations and customer experience to company standards.Key Responsibilities:Daily Departmental DutiesSetting up the therapist tablet schedule. Check the daily bookings in the system and plan for the shift if needed, manage changes, absences, banked hours, overtime, as well as clock in and clock out of the previous day.Attend daily briefings and check the documents from the previous one to record relevant information for the current day. Supervise AM and PM Therapists Daily Briefings and delegate roles and tasks for the shift.Perform Daily checks of all Therapists Department areas to ensure quality control throughout the department.SupervisionLead the Therapists' team, organizing the roles for the shift, addressing any issues from the day before and following up with correct actions and recording them on the staff log.Ensure all notes are recorded accurately on the tablet.Spot checks on room set up.Ensure the arrival of the therapists on time and deal with any related issues.Ensure grooming standards are met and reporting any issues via the tablet comments.MeetingsAttend management meetings in absence of the Therapist Manager.Plan, organize and lead Therapists' weekly meetings.Hold regular one-to-one sessions with therapists.StockCarry out and monitor inventory and storage organization on a weekly and monthly basis.Manage orders following internal approval procedures and coordinate deliveries.TrainingConduct onboarding training for Therapists, when needed.Conduct ongoing training, spot checks, and ensure the proper log, when needed.MiscellaneousEnsure Health and Safety protocols are met and report any issue.Assist in the recruitment processes and perform trade tests of potential new hires.Communicate with all members of AIRE through the correct channels.Administer and process payroll (ADP)Who You Are:High School Diploma or GED, required.Massage Therapist License in the state of New York, required.Minimum of (2) years experience as a Licensed Massage TherapistMinimum of (2) years experience in a Leadership role within the Wellness Industry, required.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, required.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, preferred.Maintain company standards of luxury, glamour, warmth, energy, and accommodation.Experience training massage therapists, preferred.Night and Weekend Availability, required.Why You Should Join Us:Pay: $75,000K & $42/hour + tips (massage).United Healthcare Insurance: medical (major), dental, and vision.PTO (10 days).Sick days (7).Growth opportunities.Life insurance.401K savings plan.Commuter Benefits Program.Complimentary Bath Experience (once a month).Employee Bath Experience discounts (including friends/family).Employee Perks Program (TicketsAtWork).Employee Referral Bonus Program.Employee discounts for Blink Fitness Gyms.Team spirit is our greatest asset!
