**THE WORK**
Student Services Administrator/Master Librarian understands the Training Management System (TMS) to make accurate database entries, reviews, and extract relevant informational reports. Understanding of/and working knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) aircrew training programs, requirements, and practices are required. Great communication skills are essential for student, Contract Instructor (CI), and support personnel interaction, briefings, and informational data gathering. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS), ATOMS, and Learning Management System (LMS). Ensures the Student Learning Center (SLC) is working and available to all Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH students. The Student Services Administrator/Master Librarian will understand the Contractor Operating Instruction (CI), Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and individual Work Instructions (WI) for CRH training programs. Ensures validity of all USAF Formal Training Unit (FTU) training syllabi in GTIMS to include all lessons, objectives, maneuver items, course training standards (CTS), model events, perquisites, grading schemes, and training calendars. Maintains and updates all CI training records. Coordinates syllabi changes in GTIMS as changes and/or modifications occur. Communicates/works with the GTIMS/LMS/courseware administrators to solve database issues and enter database improvement requests. Assists local Mission Planner with ensuring accurate, useable, and working aircrew mission planning systems. Reports all CI training, certifications, and evaluations to CRH ICS Manager. Co-chairs weekly Training Review Board with Kirtland Site Manager and Training Squadron Director of Operations (TRS/DO).

HH-60G/W Syllabus of Instruction (SOI)
**Desired Skills:**
Operational experience working with Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Combat Command (AETC), 58 SOW and 58 TRS, and command SOIs,

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
