Overview:

Reporting to the Leader of Customer Care and Field Compliance, the Master Plumber will be responsible for achieving and maintaining a license that allows Safety Tubs Co, LLC to operate as a Plumbing Contractor in the City of State College, Pennsylvania. You must have a current Master Plumbers License and it must be active. You will be the primary license holder for the business unit in State College and accountable for compliance with state and local license/registration performance requirements. The Master Plumber will not be the Financial Responsible Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Support field compliance leader with acquiring licensure for select market(s). This may include completion of applications (on-line or in-person), submitting to background checks, fingerprinting, experience verification, etc.
  • Achieve and provide CE credits as may be required to maintain license.
  • Inform, update and train Safety Tubs Co LLC management on changes in state and local laws, regulations, code requirements, etc.
  • Provide and support permitting requirements to assure local ordinance adherence, successful project completion, as required.
  • Conduct field inspections and update leadership, as required.
  • Assist with Safety Tubs. Co. LLC management with customer issue resolution including but not limited to on-site inspections, report filing, response to local or state agencies.
  • Other duties as may be required.

Requirements:

  • Active Master Plumber Trades license with no restrictions, sufficient to qualify business as a residential plumbing trade contractor
  • Be willing to register and qualify as a Master Plumber in State College, Pennsylvania
  • 7 Years Experience in licensed trade, 2 years with masters license.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Travel: limited but as is required to exercise responsibilities.
