We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our operations. The Master Scheduler will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through the complete production cycle. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain concepts including forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning. The individual will work closely with various departments to ensure that the production objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize capacity utilization.

Utilize ERP system to analyze data, forecast demand, and manage inventory.

Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Implement advanced planning techniques to improve the efficiency of the production process.

Monitor the production workflow for each product and adjust schedules as needed.

Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

Provide timely and accurate updates to management on the status of production schedules.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve any potential issues that could impact the schedule.

Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems is a must.

Strong knowledge of production workflow, procurement, and advanced planning techniques.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects.

APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
