Our OpportunityNorth American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair the machinery within the department in order to reduce downtime and ensure the smooth flow of materials through the department.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour Priorities
  • Supports manufacturing through the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls, and the improvement of the assembly processes.
  • Implements and maintains standards and standard processes for technicians.
  • Monitors preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs.
  • Creates and maintains log of equipment downtime.
  • Monitors product quality and performance of equipment.
  • Orders repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc., and establishes a spare parts inventory system.
RequirementsYour Background
  • Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, plus two years as an A Technician OR
  • 5 years as an A Technician.
