Join the exclusive team of Community Action Treatment Team (CAT) providers! there are only 60 CAT Teams in the state of Florida providing services to youth and families throughout the state.
As a clinician at Chrysalis Health with the Community Action Treatment Team (CAT) you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The Masters level practitioner provides mental health assessments, therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and/or any other identified clinical services deemed necessary to stabilize and improve the functioning of individuals served. They will function as clinical members of the Community Action Team. The CAT Team supports clients ages 11 to 21 receiving treatment for co-occurring disorders.
While majority of the therapy sessions will be conducted in-person, we also offer telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients. As a CAT clincian you have the opportuntiy to fully support your small client base, approximately 12 clients.
The Community Action Treatment (CAT) Teams strive to help children and young adults with behavioral health concerns to recover at home safely. These teams also assist families in building and maintaining a support system within their community. CAT is a safe and effective alternative to out-of-home treatment or residential care for children with serious behavioral health conditions.
