Develop, communicate, and train other associates to standard inventory procedures.Coordinate, perform and analyze cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, floor negatives, and reprocessing lists. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/Experience:High School diploma or GED equivalent required with Associates Degree in business related curriculum preferred.A minimum of 3 years combined experience in material control and manufacturing operations required with at least one year in materials operations preferred.Strong ability to establish, prioritize, and organize responsibilities to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner.Thorough comprehension of inventory management; both storage and handling. Working knowledge of Inventory Control systems. Possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.Ability to coordinate a variety of activities, track important details, follow-up on delegated assignments.Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change and provide change management guidance to others.Proven ability to continually meet or exceed objectives.Demonstrated organizational and planning skills, capable of managing a large number of tasks and resources on multiple projects with tight deadlines.Demonstrated decision making skills.Must be detail-oriented.Must have an understanding of the SAP warehouse module of and how master data impacts the material flow.Language Ability:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence and technical procedures; write reports, and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Math Ability:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference,, volume; and to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with MS Word software; Excel spreadsheet software; PowerPoint presentation software; and, SAP Enterprise software (must be able to process materials operating transactional codes)Associate must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months.
