Key ResponsibilitiesMaintains and tracks parts quantities and locationCreates PRs per Eng/GPS requests for new/existing parts. Works with NPMO and Buyer to identify suppliers and lead times; tracks deliveriesManages lab tool parts to support repairs, PMs, issues. Keeps records and tracks the parts movement between the lab and storage facilitiesManages BU spares of unreleased parts for customer support. Assures timely delivery of materials to support customerManages IOT to/from Mfg to support new chamber builds, in lab new development and customer support (back-up). Manages new Eng parts delivery to manufacturingOther Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, the use of hand and power tools, and driving or operating heavy machinery including forklifts.Additionally, because this position may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.Functional KnowledgeHas developed comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own discipline and provides guidance to others to carry out assigned tasksBusiness ExpertiseHas an in depth understanding of how related teams efforts contribute to achieving the objectives of the departmentLeadershipMay act as team leader, and may coordinate the work of others beyond own area .
