The supervisor will oversee the stockroom, packaging area, shipping/receiving docks, and government equipment storage areas. The supervisor is responsible for meeting quality, cost, and schedule goals. The supervisor will also oversee security processes within the area and will work to drive compliance. In addition, the supervisor will proactively communicate with Program Managers and will work to remove roadblocks inhibiting the team. The supervisor will be responsible for properly staffing and executing workload. The MDC supervisor will foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and will drive the 6S environment. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
