ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Pulls and picks job kits as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisor. Cycle counting inventory Follows appropriate quality policies and procedures. Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities Performs work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and environment. Must be a positive and dependable member of the manufacturing group. Must be adaptive and supportive of change. Needs to provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities. May be substituted if proven ability to perform per the Language and Mathematical skills listed below. LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, & REASONING SKILLSThe ability to read and understand internal company documentation for the assembly of product in English. Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of ability to read performance graphs.
