Receives, maintains, sorts, inspects, stores and distributes a wide variety of materials to multiple departments, suppliers, vendors and customers in a timely and accurate fashion. This is 12 hour day shift position 6:00am-6pm, but the training is to be completed on a 1st shift schedule.
Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for a clean and safe work area.
- Reads and interprets a variety of stage plans, picklists and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) or WI's (Work Instructions).
- Accurately records information on travelers; operates bar coding and other computerized equipment.
- Operation of material handling equipment (RF devices, label machines, weight scales and some power equipment such as forklift, picker or pallet jacks, etc.)
- Utilizes RF device to pick material from warehouse stores accounts, deboxes and labels material, weight counts material, issues material to a work order and transfers material to manufacturing.
- Conducts quality inspection of correct part and lot number. Follows procedures to ensure accurate transfers, transactions, and labeling.
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation on both the Sterile Load forms are accurate.
- Performs various receiving duties, including unloading and loading trailers, performing the receiving functions into the MRP system, and the put away of inspected material.
- Participate in Cycle counts and bay audits for inventory management.
- Perform various data entry transactions utilizing the SAP business application system to create a smooth workflow process.
- Perform various duties such as cleaning, processing returns, QA transfers, scrapping material, and mixing polymers.
- Quality: Accurate data entry of work order closeouts. - Visual inspection of product and release to inventory - Ensure accurate label accountability
- Safety: - Responsible for ensuring a clean safe work environment and a safe operation of material handling equipment. - Must be certified on power equipment. - Must have knowledge of and properly practice safe lifting techniques.
- Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
- May perform other duties as assigned

The anticipated salary range for this position: $15.00 - $20.25 Hourly This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
