SUMMARYTo carry out customary functions associated with material and stock handling in support of the smooth and continuous operation of production.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review job traveler to determine items to be transferred to and from production. Prepare finished goods for shipment with proper identification as directed.Operate forklift to move product as assigned. Label information on boxes or skids as directed. Loads and operates auxiliary equipment as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding. Participate in-group and individual training. Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company's safety culture. Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment. Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
