- Achieve the daily scheduled production.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
- Report component part shortages to Supply Chain and Production Manager as soon as they are detected.
- Assess adequacy of component part stocking levels.
- Participate in the coordination of the flow of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Motivating team members to harness their potentials and work harder for the execution of projects.
Safety:
- Report any unsafe conditions to the Material Supervisor, Production Manager or Director.
- Report any incidents to Material Supervisor or Production Manager.
- Work to correct unsafe conditions upon detection.

Quality:
- To follow all applicable quality standards are rigorously applied and adhered to.
- To produce high quality products.
- Inspect, audit and verify the quality of manufactured products.
- Maintain high levels of personal quality while manufacturing products.
- Immediately report any product or system quality deficiencies to the Production Manager and the Quality Engineer.
Requirements
- Read pick list (English) and pull parts, verifying the accuracy of count to maintain inventory integrity.
- Be able to lift up to 70 pounds to pack, build and ship pallets.
- Pack product into boxes getting ready them ready to ship.
- Pull product off the line, build and stack on the pallets.
- Cleaning up of the warehouse floor and throwing away trash and cardboard throughout the day.
- Use handheld scan gun for inventory transfers to maintain inventory integrity.
- Certified in forklift or willingness to get certified (this is not a forklift only job).
- Work in a Team environment.
- Alert purchasing agent of missing stock or stock outage.
- Experience with a warehouse scanner.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Stand 10 hours a day.

- This is an hourly position - $18.00
- Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with up to two mandatory overtime Fridays per month.
