We are stronger together.Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities Ensures the continuous movement of product through hand-Stacking, discharging, packaging and the storage of finished parts. Safely moves material with the use of a forklift/tow motor from the line to the hold/staging area. Works in co-operation with the Operator and Shift Supervisor and references set-up procedures to ensure material is safely loaded onto production equipment. Uses forklift/tow motor to move scrap to designated dumpster area. Operates bundle turner / pac-man when parts require to be flipped. Prepares packaging in advance. Carries out set-up duties as instructed by Operator Performs all other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.General Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines. Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards Strives for continuous improvementPosition Qualifications Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year or less of job-related experience.
