**Your new role:**
If you join our company, you will be responsible for keeping the printing presses, laminators, and slitting machines stocked with materials.
**A typical day includes:**
* We need your thinking! You will generate improvement ideas and embrace improvement projects to better the business.
* Check all tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure it is in good operating order.
* Assume ownership of the warehouse area by removing clutter, properly labeling, and moving materials.
* Maintain our Five Second Rule whereby anyone walking through the warehouse can tell in 5 seconds or less whether everything is in its proper place.
* Wraps, bands, labels, and secures materials to pallets for the safe movement of materials.
* Participate in inventory & cycle counts using an RF Scanner
* Participates in 6S initiatives and Kaizen events as required
**Job Requirements:****What it takes to be successful:**
* Have a Think Safety First mindset and help us reach our objective Zero Safety Incidents.
* A great attitude and the drive to make best better!
* You adhere to GMP and food safety standards.
* No more than 2 attendance points in the first 90 days
**What you need to succeed:**
* You have a keen eye for detail.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in material handling, forklift (**reach truck**) certification, and a mechanical aptitude.
* Capable of performing mathematical calculations, properly using tape measures and micrometers.
* You can lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 75 pounds.
* You can pass our forklift certification.
* Valid Drivers' License to travel between our plant and warehouse.
