Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Role Summary:Perform transactions to receive material in CAS and IMPACT system.Maintain an accurate inventory record of all OSV parts both incoming / outgoing.Troubleshoot any problems or issues with incoming / outgoing OSV shipments or paperwork.Operate machinery as needed (Forklift, Skin Pack Machine, Crane etc.)Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a working environment that changes daily in order to keep incoming / outgoing materials moving to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform transactions to receive material in CAS and IMPACT systemMaintain an accurate inventory record of all OSV parts both incoming / outgoingTroubleshoot any problems or issues with incoming / outgoing OSV shipments or paperworkOperate machinery as needed (Forklift, Skin Pack Machine, Crane etc.)Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a working environment that changes daily in order to keep incoming / outgoing materials moving to meet customer and manufacturing requirementsMaintain organization of raw materials (forgings, castings, etc.)Preserve trace and integrity of all materialPerform basic packaging of customer / vendor partsLoad / unload trucks as needed in a timely mannerMaintain packaging manual to insure it stays updated to match current requirementsWork with carriers to arrange pick up and deliveriesDistribute materials as neededProvide positive support of all business initiativesPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications/RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics environmentAble to work from written and verbal instructions require the ability to read, write, and speak EnglishELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :Fork truck license or willingness to get fork truck licenseAbility to lift, transport, move and / or manipulate boxes or other materials up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsDesired CharacteristicsMaintain quality workmanship with attention directed to task at all timesEvaluate quality problems that inhibit the process with an effective solutionAbility to adapt to new methods and / or customer satisfactionMust display good communication skills, both written and oralExperienced with computersBasic skills in Microsoft office package (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
