You'll find genuine relationships with every employee, with a family focus on safety, health care, educational assistance, and wellness.Essential Job Duties: Responsible for both operating and supporting all automated processing equipment. This would also include quality control duties, preparing and moving finished product to packaging lines and all other job duties assigned. Assists ground beef room and production by rotating pans, collecting pans, replacing plastic rolls, supplying boxes, staging tubs and rotating laundry carts. Record information on the PC with accuracy and attention to detail. Complete power equipment daily checkout forms and verify dates on transfer sheets. Keep the production floor clear of any excess fat or trim and perform sanitation duties. Remove trash, set up floor mats, rotate and sort laundry and clean the bathrooms and breakrooms. Skills and Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Pallet jack experience preferred.Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations. Attention to detail and accuracy required in all aspects of the job. Must be able to understand and follow verbal directions accurately. No specific training or experience required. Required to lift 65 pounds from floor to waist and 45 pounds overhead.Days and Hours: Full-time Days. Work 40 hours per week. Current Schedules start as early as 2:45pm. - 11:35pm.
