Core Job Duties:

• Inventory controls activities, including making continued improvement recommendations and solving issues.
• Cycle counting and inventory auditing, including making continued improvement recommendations and solving issues.
• Picking, packing, auditing of work orders.
• Labeling of inventory, to including bagging and boxing.
• Material verification from Receiving.
• Monitoring shelf life for expirations dates for inventory.
• Assist in Training for new hires
• Manage Special handling of sensitive material
• Material Replenishments
• Use of RF handhelds
• Maintain 5S standards
• Assignments to special projects or tasks, as needed
• Use of Powered Industrial Trucks and Equipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Follow written and verbal work instructions in English • Good math knowledge • Ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, management • Good communication skills • SAP, Outlook, Workday, useful Forklift license required (certification and training will be provided by Topcon) Physical Requirements: • Lifting up to 50lbs. with assistance. • May require pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking. • Climbing and descending ladders or stairs • Use of proper ergonomics • Wear steel toe shoes/boots meeting the OSHA standard ASTM F2413-11 • Standing for 8 hours or longer (excluding breaks)
