That's why we have a 401(k) plan with an automatic enrollment feature and comprehensive health benefits that include medical and dental options, preventive care, expert health support, and generous leave programs.What to expect:Perform physical activities corresponding to the unloading, storage, picking, labeling, packaging, and shipping of materials.Perform repetitive assembly of the company's products into complete packages including, but not limited to, software, medical or pharmaceutical products, PC boards, accessories, manuals, operating instructions, and data sheets. May perform other packaging tasks including placing labels on packages, operating small production equipment, putting manuals into binders, counting and sorting various items, and forming or breaking down boxes for the final product. When applicable, maintains related records to comply with government standardsExpert in computer transactions/scans to receive, put away, transfer, kit, ship, or return materials, identifying and resolving problems in a timely mannerCount and record departmental Cycle Count results in accordance with the site Cycle Count process to maintain inventory accuracy; gathers and analyze information skillfullyOperate with expertise the material handling equipment (MHE) required to perform activities in a safe and efficient manner, identify risk situations and take proper preventive/corrective actionsProvide outstanding service in support of production operations as well as customer requirements.Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Manager to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or products that fail to meet company standardsWhat we expect:Advanced ERP and Microsoft Office skillsComprehensive understanding of overall department processes and functionsFully trained in all functional department core responsibilitiesComplete training Certification as required and demonstrate safe operation of Departmental MHEAchieve Best in Class productivity metrics (volume, accuracy, timeliness) in line with departmental goalsKnowledgeable with inventory, shipping and receiving process, and methodologiesEducation & Experience:High School or General Education Degree (GED), May have an Associate Degree2 - 4 years of experienceExperience with Oracle ERP system is beneficialExperience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management system is beneficialThe annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $43,600-$65,400 and is bonus eligible.
