Material Handler Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Assist the plasma table operator with moving, deburring, labeling, and stacking parts

• Prepare finished material by using a grinder, sander, and other hand tools to deburr parts

• Lift, move, and handle metal components safely

• Document materials and record information about materials moved

• Operate forklift and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move items

• Keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean

Material Operator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

Material Operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable

• Safety awareness by being able to identify and correct conditions that affect safety

• HS Diploma or GED preferred, or proven track record in work experience/training

• Valid driver's license and able to commute to and from Sioux Rapids

• Previous stock or inventory experience a plus

• Previous experience operating a forklift or pallet jack a plus
