This role will bebased at our Casa Grande facility once it is open. The role will work fully onsite.What We Offer:Competitive salary with annual merit increases, base pay of $22.00 per hour plus a 2nd shift differential increase of .90 cents.Wide array of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, wellness incentives, and maternity/parental leave401(k) savings planCompany-funded pension plan with vesting after 5 years of serviceCareer advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and employee discountsWhat We're Looking For:As a Material Handler for Kohler Co., you will load vehicles for shipment and determines loading patterns, keep records of materials loaded and unloaded, take inventories, and assist in the removal of scrap. In this role, you will also safely and responsibly operate a forklift to transport units to and from loading docks. The Material Handler also performs assigned housekeeping & 5S work throughout every shift. You will work 8-hour shifts for 5 days and work will include sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.
