Job Description:

What You'll Do Material Handlers report to Warehouse Supervisor, who supervise the storage, movement and handling of different goods, supplies and materials. They also receive their daily job assignments from the Warehouse Supervisor, the daily tasks include moving large numbers of goods to and from various storage and production areas In This Function, You Will • Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas. • Operates the stretch wrap banders. • Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods. • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. • Labeling every product and placing them accordingly • Identifying and locating the right products during the putaway • Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory Required Qualifications Able to operate a stand up and sit down forklift. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds. Preferred Skills Two (2) years' experience working with heavy machinery, forklifts, or other related equipment.
