Job Description:
Join us in developing pioneering therapies that aim to transform the treatment of CKD and change patients' lives. Our technology is designed to treat diseased kidneys using a patient's own cells and may prevent or delay dialysis or transplant. Job Responsibilities and Functions:
  • Execute material receiving function by reconciling purchase orders with received materials.
  • Responsible for GMP compliant receiving, visual inspection, labeling and recording inventory transactions in SAGE X3 ERP.
  • Execute GMP stock put away of material in a timely manner and in compliance with SOP and MDS.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all transactions
  • Maintain proper inventory balances in Sage X3 ERP by performing appropriate inventory transactions in accordance with tasks.
  • Inform Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality personnel of requirements based on expiry or low inventory.
  • Ensure all warehouse materials are issued following the FEFO GMP methodology.
  • Ensure all materials are properly identified with corresponding lot, expiration date, serial, and part numbers
  • Operate computer and scanner to record transactional data entry and retrieval.
  • Cycle count inventory, correct discrepancies and track findings in Sage X3 ERP.
  • Execute shipments through FedEx, UPS, or other dedicated couriers or logistics providers.
  • Prepare outbound returns as needed.
  • Operate pallet jack, forklift and other warehouse equipment as required to perform function.
  • Keep dock and receiving area clean and organized in a perpetual state of audit readiness.
Secondary Responsibilities and Functions:
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
  • Properly handle disposal of receiving/shipping waste.
  • Attend departmental/company team meetings as necessary.
  • Adhere to all training requirements.
  • Perform tactical and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Education/Training:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
Experience:
  • 1 year of practical experience working in a GMP warehouse
  • 1 year of experience operating a forklift
  • 1 year of experience operating a pallet jack
Skills/Abilities:
  • Physical ability to move material containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good computer skills
  • Appropriate warehouse attire and PPE worn daily
