Magnaflow also supplies race-inspired performance suspension products and vehicle uplifting services, Magnaflow is focused on future growth through both new business development and new product introduction. our websites are www.magnaflow.com and www.camburg.com Salary Range: $19.4231 to $24.1346 USD What you will be doing: The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving and pulling material at the request of a picklist, production request and direction for the Material Handling Supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift, (stand-up, sit-down, turret lift or pallet rider) in a fast-paced, high traffic environment
- Prioritizing material pulling in accordance with picklist, supervisor direction, and production demand
- Utilize Hand-Held Scanner to issue material to shop orders
- Utilize Hand-Held scanner to locate required material as requested by Internal Customers
- Cycle count provided locations weekly and assist with inventory control.
- Maintaining 5-S policies and procedures
- Other responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Must wear PPE, safety gloves, glasses, steel-toe boots.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years operation of forklift
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in typing and transcription
What you need:
- Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to use a pallet jack
- Adjusting or moving objects in all directions
