To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities Follow all Company policies. Adhere to Attendance guidelines. Must be able to work overtime when required. Responsible for operating the forklift in a safe manner at all times. Performs Lift Truck Inspection check before using forklift each shift. Follow all safety guidelines/policies, proper use of equipment, etc. Pick orders - (pulling finished product from warehouse to fill orders). Stage orders to be loaded. Loading completed orders. Understanding of shipping/loading requirements, weight requirements, customers' special instructions. Warehousing (moving product to maximize usage of warehouse space) Perform cycle counts - to verify item quantities on hand. Moving finished goods from production holding area to the warehouse. Repackaging damaged materials as needed. Efficient use of time to maximize lbs/man-hour. Learn how to use the many functions of dc-LINK Data Collection . Maintains proper housekeeping while performing duties. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Fork truck certification. Able to lift 60 lb. on a continual basis. Able to follow instructions and work without supervision.
