*IMMEDIATE OPENING* available for Environmental Laborer/Material Handler position with Established Environmental Compliance Company.Job Location: Primarily JBERFull Time: 40 Hrs/week Starting wage: $18 hour, plus fringe benefitsWe are an established environmental company with 17+ years in the local community. This is primarily a Materials Handler/Environmental Laborer Position. Applicants must be able to obtain at minimum class C CDL w/clean driving record, 40 hour HAZWOPER certification within 90 day of employment. This is a drug free work environment. Candidate must be able to qualify for military installation access (no felonies or violent crimes).Key Responsibilities:- Material handling- Pickup, deliver, and process hazardous and nonhazardous waste and materials- Load and position drums using manual and mechanical means- General labor/Housekeeping- Customer Service/interaction- Follow policies and procedures- Must follow a safety culture set by supervisors.- Operate forklifts, lift gates, plow vehicles, flatbed/box trucks.Requirements:- High School diploma or GED- Pass pre-employment drug screening- Accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities- Maintain neat/clean professional appearanceBenefits:- 12 paid holidays/year- 10 days paid vacation/year- Medical, dental available- Flexible Spending account- 401K retirement plan
