AmeriLux International is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.Job Duties | Qualifications: Collaborative Layout Design: Partner with leadership to establish an efficient and well-organized material and product layout to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency. Order Fulfillment & Palletizing: Receive and process orders, accurately palletizing materials according to specific order requirements while ensuring timely fulfillment. Precision Labeling: Ensure all material sheets are properly labeled and organized for easy identification and tracking within the production process. Staging & Logistics Coordination: Stage skids in designated locations for efficient loading and unloading, maintaining a streamlined logistics flow. Loading Operations: Safely and effectively load materials onto flatbed trailers, ensuring secure transport and adherence to safety protocols. Crate & Skid Construction: Build sturdy, custom crates, and skids to support the safe transport of materials. Inventory Management: Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
