Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. Responsibilities:
- Load product from bins into rail cars or truck
- Seal bulk containers
- Optimize loading efficiencies to support the facility's production
- Ensure the loadout area is organized and clean at all times
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
- Learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability
- Communicate and assist with Loadout Supervisors and maintenance department as required
Qualifications: - Previous experience operating trackmobile and bobcat equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and working experience
- Previous experience blending or loading is considered an asset
- Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes
- Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
