Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming devices. Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system. Organize and store devices for easy identification and retrieval.
Maintenance: Collect and dispose of e-waste, recycling, and trash from the facility. Prepare the shop floor for the day by staging devices where they belong. Ensure all desks have the materials needed for the workday.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the handling and storing of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Comply with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and distribution.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in warehouse management or logistics is a plus. Proven experience in material handling, warehouse, or inventory management roles. Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team. Ability to lift and move heavy items as required. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
