- Moves materials from Print to stack in WIP Warehouse.
- Transfers materials from WIP to machine locations as needed.
- Transitions materials to Forming as required to maintain production levels.
- Maintains proper movement and storage of Finished Goods per warehouse guidelines.
- Moves bales to balers and dispositions split cores and core plugs back to designated warehouse areas.
- Maintains accurate inventory control systems within their own scope.
- Practices good housekeeping at all times keeping safety in mind.
- Works safely and follow all GMP and PPE rules and regulations.
- Operates gas power lift trucks.Loads and unloads trucks of incoming and outgoing goods as needed.
- Maintain the MSO (Miscellaneous Shipping Orders) numbers that are used for shipment of returned goods, machine equipment to outside vendors for repairs, etc.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft OS required. Required 2-3 years work experience in industrial environment. Forklift certification required. Clamp truck certification preferred and will be required to obtain before beginning job duties. Certifications must be maintained. Previous working knowledge of BPCS System a plus. Ability to communicate with standard reading and writing comprehension. Strong computer skills are required. Ability to successfully work independently and positively within a team. Ability to follow directions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS The ability to read, learn, understand, and consistently apply all policies, procedures including safety. Must be able to do mathematical calculations. Must have legible handwriting. Ability to communicate effectively and possess good interpersonal skills. Lifting required up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day.
