Job DescriptionTitle: Material Handler/Forklift Operator Type of Placement: TEMP TO PERM Shift: 1st Shift - 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday Pay/Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00hrlyAbout Our Customer: Well established company delivers energy-efficient, eco-friendly insulation solutions to residences and businesses throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Transport materials, supplies and finished products to designated locations throughout the facility as well as being responsible forreceiving products, visually inspecting for any damage as well as verifying quantity and expiration dates of products.Material Handlers are also responsible for pulling all products needed for production lines.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required(Minimum of 3 months of warehouse experience)SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Must be able to work independentlyMust have strong communication skillsBasic math skills preferredMust be forkliftcertified orhave experience operating a variety of lifts.Must have computer skillsFlexibility to work extra hours during busy peak seasonEnvironmental Conditions: The work environment is fast paced and fast moving.
