Work Experience
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- High School diploma.
- Must have an OSHA-approved Forklift operator qualification or be able to obtain one within 1 month. Must maintain Forklift operator qualification.
- 1 year of previous production manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving methods, warehouse, and inventory management.
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to perform job duties, display a can-do attitude, and interact with others effectively.
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to lift 50lb
PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in manufacturing experience in a team-based environment.
- 2 years of experience as Corners production operator.
- Previous experience operating forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Familiarity with Safety Programs in a manufacturing facility
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
- Helps other team members as needed.
- Maintains work area in a professional manner.
- Participate in Plant & Corporate health & safety programs.
- Required to perform other duties as assigned.
