: Job Details :

The Material Handler role is in place to support an efficient workflow in the trim room by providing guidance and direction to team members, assuring that they have the right product and are following compliance standards. The Material Handler supplies Weigh/Pack team and Trimmers with the materials needed to perform their task without disruption.

This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Controls the flow of product in and out of the Trim Room
• Provides direction to team members to maintain an efficient workflow
• Responsible for filling out batch records and working with QA team for label verifications
• Weigh, package, label, record/track cannabis for cannabis trim material using Excel spreadsheets
• Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Trim Lead and Trim Management Team
• Work in a quick and efficient manner
• Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Responsible for cleaning and refilling humidifier barrels in DCs 1 & 2
• Assist Trim Supervisor with counts for monthly field days
• Will work with the Inventory Data Specialist/Testing team to coordinate and locate trim material to be sent to manufacturing and other outside sources
• Ensure daily compliance with policies including, but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
