Material Handler to work
on-site with our client, the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities: - Work with inventory and logistics colleagues to fulfill material work orders, perform cycle counts, asset inventory part requirements/safety stock levels, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory balances through participation in cycle count program.
- Fulfill manufacturing shop and customer orders to ensure timely delivery in support of device forecasts and demands.
- Analyze trends to improve inventory accuracy and reduce inventory value.
- Support Inventory Planner as needed.
- Support Logistics functions as needed (Shipping, Receiving)
Qualifications: - High School degree required
- Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to work in a team environment, and exhibit flexibility in the variety of work executed by the Global Inventory and Logistics team.
- Ability to effectively communicate to internal customers and external suppliers in a variety of formats.
- Prior materials handler experience, within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain or other related field (preferred)
- SAP Experience (preferred).
