Material Handler Westfield, MA Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Material Handler to work on weekends shift for our client in Westfield, MA. This is a temp to Hire position. We are seeking reliable workers who have an eye for detail and quality. Come join our team today! Responsibilities for the Material Handler The material handler is responsible for providing each machine with proper stock required by the manufacturing order. Responsible for unloads all incoming materials in a safe and efficient manner to ensure zero product damage. Loads raw materials or finished products onto outbound trucks. Conducts cycle counts as required and informs Production Supervisor or Inventory Specialist. Stacks skids and pallets in designated areas. Requirements for the Material Handler: Able to read and understand written instructions. Basic math skills to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving and inventory forms. Able to perform physical work. like lifting, moving products with an average weight of 25 to 50 pounds. Must be certified to drive forklifts or pass certification exam during initial trial period.
