The Material Handler is a member of the Warehousing and Logistics team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The individual plays a key role in ensuring execution of material receipt, storage, and shipping activities, as well as picking material for production jobs and sales orders. This individual is also responsible for the transportation of materials between Seegrid facilities using a company truck.Responsibilities Include:* All aspects of receiving materials from suppliers, physically, and digitally in Epicor.* Pull, kit, and issue production/service orders and deliver to the appropriate assembly area.* Maintain accuracy in inventory, perform weekly cycle counts, and assist in reconciliation to achieve inventory accuracy goals.* Responsible for the overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse facility.* Prepare, complete, and ensure accuracy of orders for shipments & delivery according to schedule. Including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping.* Operate company material handling equipment. (Pallet jacks, electric walkie stackers, counterbalance forklift, scissor lifts, etc.) As well as Seegrids AMR products.* Move material between Seegrid facilities, suppliers & customers using a Seegrid 26' box truck.Required Qualifications:* HS diploma/GED and 3+ years of Warehouse experience* Valid PA drivers license and DOT medical card, or willing to obtain the DOT medical card.* Subject to background, drug, and MVR checks.* Ability to follow policies and procedures.* Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and prioritize.* Highly organized.* Strong communication and computer skills.* Strong team player.* Ability to read, write, and interpret information.* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.* Ability to use coordinated hand and finger movements.* Ability to sit/walk/stand/reach/bend for up to 8 hours per day.* Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.* Ability to work long hours in noisy and busy environments.* Ability to lift 50 pounds.Desirable Qualifications:* Experience in warehousing or logistics in a manufacturing environment.* Experience with UPS Worldship and Fedex.com shipping processes.* Experience using MRP systems, Epicor experience a plus.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites and Concur.* Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focus.* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn* Must be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with minimal supervision.Seegrid has been recognized nationally as a Best-Place-to-Work.
