Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team. This role involves the movement of all materials to and from the production department, ensuring safe and effective operation of equipment, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMove all materials to and from the production department.Operate forklift, clamp truck, and pallet jacks safely and effectively.Conduct daily pre-shift forklift checks, including battery changes.Inspect products to ensure they are properly packaged for shipment.Consistently lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.Accurately complete labels and paperwork.Verify correct weights and counts of materials.Construct cardboard boxes from collapsed cartons.Relieve packers for all breaks.Essential SkillsMaterial handling experience.Forklift operation experience (minimum 6 months).Experience in production and picking.Ability to operate sit-down forklifts, clamp forklifts, and pallet jacks.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior manufacturing experience.Strong attention to detail.Effective time management skills.Why Work Here?We offer bonuses every June and December based on production and company performance. There are two shifts available: 7am - 7pm (A & B) and 7pm - 7am (C & D), working 15 days per month.
