Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Material Handler position at their Villa Rica I facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia.Qualified candidates should have experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.Pay: $18.13 -$27.19 per hour depending on experienceSchedule: 12-hour Rotating Shift- 7:00 - 7:00; days or nightsBenefits:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life - after 30 days of employment* 401K with company match* Hourly Bonus Program - per month and quarter* Tuition Reimbursement* Annual reviews with a potential for a pay rate increase* Up to $110 for steel toed shoes* Up to $135 for uniforms* Up to $125 for prescription safety glasses* Overtime* $2.50/hr premium if at nightMinimum Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED equivalent* Must be at least 18 years old* At least 1 year of forklift experienceInternal Candidates:* Last performance review was rated Performer or higher* No disciplinary actions beyond a written within the past 120 days* Must be in current position for at least 120 days.Job Responsibilities:* General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP* Efficient operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials* Performance of routine safety inspections of lift equipment* Loading and unloading trucks* Moving material and general support of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions* Must possess skills and knowledge to complete forms and paperwork that will properly account for material being moved and supplied to each machineEOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/VetPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
