Job Description
- Ensuring smooth transport and picking processes
- Independent loading and unloading of trucks using industrial trucks (forklifts, hand pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks)
- Packing goods for shipment, stretching, and storing
- Conducting recycling and waste disposal tasks
- Inspecting incoming goods for damage, completeness, and documentation
- Ensuring proper goods labeling (applying labels, storing, etc.)
- Ensuring proper load securing
- Loading finished goods according to picking lists
- Reporting loading damages to the responsible parties
- Supporting inventory and stocktaking as instructed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production processes
- In-depth expertise in warehouse management and logistics
- Familiarity with all relevant safety regulations
- Proficient IT skills (e.g., ERP software, MES, MS Office)
- Performance-driven and motivated to shape outcomes
- Risk identification and assessment
- Process management expertise
- Competence in operating industrial trucks (valid forklift license)
- Strong quality awareness
- Well-founded IT-User Knowledge (e.g. ERP-Software, MES, MS-Office)
