Job Description
  • Ensuring smooth transport and picking processes
  • Independent loading and unloading of trucks using industrial trucks (forklifts, hand pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks)
  • Packing goods for shipment, stretching, and storing
  • Conducting recycling and waste disposal tasks
  • Inspecting incoming goods for damage, completeness, and documentation
  • Ensuring proper goods labeling (applying labels, storing, etc.)
  • Ensuring proper load securing
  • Loading finished goods according to picking lists
  • Reporting loading damages to the responsible parties
  • Supporting inventory and stocktaking as instructed
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • In-depth expertise in warehouse management and logistics
  • Familiarity with all relevant safety regulations
  • Proficient IT skills (e.g., ERP software, MES, MS Office)
  • Performance-driven and motivated to shape outcomes
  • Risk identification and assessment
  • Process management expertise
  • Competence in operating industrial trucks (valid forklift license)
  • Strong quality awareness
  • Well-founded IT-User Knowledge (e.g. ERP-Software, MES, MS-Office)
