As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities.PositionMaterial handlers are responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, material, supplies, tools, and compiling stock records in stockroom.Responsibilities Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices and adjusts or repairs to articles carried in stock. Enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms. Collects fabricated or machined components for weldments and puts them together as a kit for weld production. Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location and stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.Qualifications Ability to examines stock to verify conformance to specifications. Determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location. Be able to prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock. Distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
