Principal Accountabilities Support of department machinery; presses, compounding and Ram Ex/Lorien and Screw Extrusion machinery. Responsible for materials movement throughout the plant this includes but not only limited to; dreher chips, planer fluff, wood saw cutoffs, scrap cages to the shredder and filling/emptying the cardboard baler. Duties will include loading and unloading of deliveries such as but not limited to the scrap truck, Bolus, or Westlake deliveries. Maintain adequate supply of skids, cardboard and packaging supplies for all departments. Be aware of when equipment requires maintenance and notify proper personnel. Transfer material from facility to facility in MOVEX with the use of tablet. Follow all safety instructions for operating equipment. Perform general housekeeping/clean up tasks as needed. Perform all functions with an attitude of teamwork, cooperativeness, positive thinking and responsibility. Position requires excellent use of time management, attention to detail, and prioritization in all areas. Perform some pulling for the planer and holzma saws as needed. SHIFT: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Additional Responsibilities: Work overtime as requested. Perform all duties as assigned by crew managers, and department leaders (crew leaders and distribution coordinators). #LI-DNP Knowledge / Skills / Experience Superior ability to operate a forklift cherry picker and stand-up. Familiar with Movex and use of laptop/tablet High school diploma or GED preferred. Excellent attendance record. Previous inventory experience preferred. Excellent communication skills Understanding of quality policies and procedures. Above average computer skills and knowledge of MOVEX Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections) The salary for this position is $21.41. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
