Be part of our mission to Advance Life Around the World.As a Material Handler, you are responsible for ensuring the required materials for each line are drawn from appropriate locations and set up, monitored, and made available throughout the production period or shift.HOURS : 7PM-7AM ON A 2-2-3 SCHEDULEShift Schedule Breakdown :WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUNOFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, REPEATOnly Work 15 days a month!!!!Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND !!!!One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hoursTotal of 84 hours for a pay period and over 40 hrs is Overtime, Paid Bi-WeeklyPAY: $21.00/HR (+ $1/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL)RETENTION BONUS OFFERED!: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00What We Offer:Benefits offered on the FIRST DAY OF HIRE!! PLUS the company will automatically contribute an extra 3% of your plan-eligible pay!!!!!!The opportunity to participate in a quarterly bonus program that is driven by both company and individual achievements, and our unwavering commitment to safety.Employer Paid Short-Term Disability-YES!!!!!!Employer Paid Long-Term Disability-YES!!!!!Employer Paid Life Insurance-YES!!!!!Work Life Balance-YES!!!!Team Oriented Environment-YES!!!!Accrue up to 120 hours of Paid Time-Off!!!!Accrue 56 hours of annual sick pay!!Paid Parental Leave-YES!!Fitness & Weight Loss Reimbursement-YES!!!Steel Toe and Prescription Safety Glasses Reimbursement (Prescription required)Employee Recognition and Safety Program-YES!!!!!Tuition Reimbursement*Duties & Responsibilities:Operate forklift to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.Accurately report inventory receipts to ensure inventory accuracy.Provide accurate documentation to Shipping/Receiving Co-Ordinator for processing.Inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage.Communicates with delivery and pick-up carriers to ensure proper product is loaded.Assist the Shipping/Receiving Co-Ordinator with weekly/monthly/yearly cycle counts.Knows and understands the material requirements (i.e. yarn, wire, colorant, cable, tape, etc.) for each product being produced during the assigned shiftCoordinates with production personnel to ensure required materials are staged for an upcoming productionNotifies Line Operator, or Supervisor, of any off-standard situationsRaw Material Handling and Staging (yarn, wire, stiff tape, etc.)Finished Goods HandlingAttention to detail necessary to ensure accurate inventoryMaintains a neat and orderly work area including other general clean-upDisplays attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate inventoryFollows all safety requirements for t he position and all company safety guidelinesCompletes appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactionsCommitment to wearing the required PPE at all times (safety glasses, safety shoes)Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor to facilitate business demands.EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Ability to read and write English fluently, Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!Forklift Experience REQUIREDMinimum 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing/warehouse/ hipping/distribution environmentMust be able to perform Basic MatchMust be able to communicate effectively with other departmentsOCCUPATIONAL AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (Crane or Forklift)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistanceAbility to lift objects overheadAbility to spend 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machineryAbility to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objectsWORKING CONDITIONS:Manufacturing environmentElectrical, water and chemical hazards present in the working environment.Ability to work inside the warehouse facility and outside the facility as wellWork includes exposure to equipment with moving components and spending 12 hours a shift on your feet.#DLIND123#USIND123All employees are subject to pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screening and employment is contingent upon successful clearance of both.
