BrandDescriptionPosition Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is constructing pallets according to specified. Physically stack and unstack pallets as required. Maintain a consistent flow of products to the shipping line. Major responsibilities:
- Build pallets according to storage specifications
- Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance
- Physically stack and unstack pallets
- Support the shipping line with constant flow of product or removal
- Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU of box to prepare it for loading
- Lift up to 30lbs consistently
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
RequirementsEDUCATION
- Some high school education required
EXPERIENCE
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels (peers, leadership employees).
- Basic reading (English) skills
PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT
- Able to perform repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting and use of hands, wrists, and arms)
- Perform general housekeeping (breakdown boxes, remove trash, sweep etc
