To help maintain organization within the warehouse or production facility, you'll assist warehouse operations, which includes stocking, moving materials or stock, loading/unloading trucks and climb up and down ladders. You'll also prepare materials for production use or shipping/receiving. We require steel toed shoes/boots for your safety. - Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs
- By hand, use of hand trucks, pallet jacks or other equipment, move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Address and report equipment defects or maintenance needs, ensuring safe and efficient use
- Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it
- Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts.
- Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures
- Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Maintain a safe work environment by sweeping and disposing of scrap or other items
- May perform special continuous improvement projects as needed

- Forklift experience and able to maintain certifications on equipment, like forklift certification or pallet jack training, where required
- Open to work overtime, weekends and occasionally holidays
- One year inventory management experience
Preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
