The Yard Operator is an hourly position that primarily works as an operator for the various pieces of equipment utilized to handle the material on a yard.This position is not limited to just operating machinery, as there is a physical component to it as well.Lifting, carrying, and other physical activities will be required of this position. While in this position, you will be exposed to gradually increasing responsibilities as well as the different tools and analysis that we conduct for our clients.There is a curriculum that is provided, and test associated with the learning modules. If you would like to take the tests, and you pass, you will be eligible to be promoted to a salary position.Promotions typically occur within the first 9-12 months if you're a performer.This is the only company in the Power Industry that does not care about your degree, your certifications, your background in the military; they just want results; you will receive full coverage with no monthly premiums taken out of your paycheck.Vacation, 401k, benefits paid for 100% by the company.You will work Monday - Friday with normal business hours. Benefits are paid for 100% by the company!
