Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Material Management Associate to support the start-up and commissioning of a new warehouse facility for cGMP manufacturing. The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics, ensuring timely material delivery, and supporting operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory using SAP and support outbound shipping, shipment preparation, and material handling for clinical and commercial products.
- Assist in creating and updating SOPs, MBRs, and training documents.
- Participate in warehouse set-up, including equipment readiness and material flow.
- Maintain safety protocols, ensure GMP compliance, and complete required training.
- Work in a cleanroom, performing cleaning and adhering to GMP standards.
- Provide material support to functional teams to ensure timely operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or cGMP environment.
- Familiarity with SAP WMS and warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in handling temperature-sensitive materials and working in a cleanroom.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.
